We want our Landlords and Tenants alike to enjoy their letting experience through Homes and be confident that, should any issues arise during a tenancy arrangement, there is someone on hand to ensure they are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Homes have a sizeable portfolio of letting properties from many landlords in the area and have established direct and indirect relationships with a number of selected specialist trades who are able to provide all the support required.

At Homes, we place huge emphasis on providing a quality personal service by listening to each individual client’s needs and providing a tailored solution. Our property management and accounts departments are located in our Liphook office and we welcome clients visiting us in person to meet the team and have face to face discussions with their property manager.

Our Services

We are pleased to be able to offer Landlords three different service levels:

  • Tenant Find Service – we take care of finding your perfect tenant, referencing them to the highest industry standard, produce a comprehensive tenancy agreement, and protect the deposit in a government approved scheme
  • Rent Collection Service – Everything included in the Tenant Find service but in addition we will demand the rent each time it is due and swiftly send monies through to the Landlord, issue regular statements and chase late rent payments and issue relevant notices in the unlikely event that payment is not received on the due date.
  • Full Management Service – Our most comprehensive service. In addition to everything contained within our Tenant Find and Rent Collection Services we will also carry out regular property inspections, arrange maintenance works using trusted and vetted expert contractors, pay invoices and issue statements showing income and expenditure.

Client Money Protection Scheme

Home Estate Agents Limited are very pleased to confirm that we are Main Scheme Members of the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme. This will give our Landlord and Tenant clients the assurance they need, that any money we take on their behalf, in respect of an agreed Lettings arrangement, is protected under the scheme.
