Reference and administration fees:
When you rent a property through Homes, a reference and administration fee will apply. This fee will cover the cost of the application for the credit reference search and the creation of the tenancy agreement for the tenancy period. The reference and administration fee is determined by the number of applicants:
Security Deposit of 1.5 months rent (2 months with a pet) along with the first months rent in advance
One or Two Tenants, 18 years of age or over - £420 including VAT
Three Tenants or more, 18 years of age or over - £510 including VAT
• Should you require a guarantor for your tenancy application - £60 including VAT
• Other fees:
• End of tenancy Check out Fee - £132 including VAT
• Onward referencing £36
If you require Early Release from a fixed term tenancy and the Landlord agrees to release you early, fees will be payable to the Landlord – by negotiation
Should you and your landlord decide to extend your tenancy at the property you will be charged a renewal fee - £120 including VAT
