We really value feedback from our customers, as this hugely assists us to shape our business going forward. Virtually all of what we hear back from Sales and Lettings customers about their experience in using Homes is what we hope and strive for i.e. they really like what we do for them. However, we’ve been picking up increasing feedback, relating to the nature of our business, which has surprised us and which led us to conduct some informal research with buyers, sellers and landlords.

What we were hearing, more and more, was that many of our customers thought that the offices of Homes Estate Agents, with whom they had been dealing, were part of a much larger chain of agents, some believing this to be national. They had also expressed surprise that, despite this, we somehow managed to seem like a local family firm!

Interestingly, there were three aspects which were driving this opinion. Firstly, perhaps not surprisingly , the brand Homes Estate Agents Limited, which admittedly does ‘punch above its weight’ but which we luckily secured and established nearly 8 years ago. Secondly, was the very strong corporate identity i.e. the look and feel, which we have across all our offices and our marketing material – again, this seemingly makes us look larger than we are. Then lastly, was the diverse nature of our services and, in particular, our affiliation to and accreditation by Cartus, the worlds largest relocation agent. It’s this association with their UK arm – Relocation Agent Network – who have selected us as their preferred local agent and which gives us access to national buyers. but also implies we may be national ourselves. Not so … !

So, for record, Homes Estate Agents is not national … but we are very pleased to be your local, leading and completely independent agent!
